Application: Now, clearly, this stage of the innovation training is self-explanatory. An innovation training convention is pointless if you don?t have any plans on applying the new techniques that you have learned at work.

Make sure that you follow all the new ideas and strategies in the exact way or fashion that was taught to you and your team.

But be wary too of which methods you use. Not all of them are better than your present business techniques. You may be doing some things that are really better than what your coach has taught you.

After you find the methods that you really need to be applying in your organisation, make sure that you follow them step by step and word per word.

Since you are still trying these new systems, you must make sure that you won?t stray from the well tested formulas from the innovation training.

Revision: Now, this is a step that you will need to take in the later part of your innovation training.

Although you need to follow all of the new things you?ve learned in the innovation training to the tea, once you?ve gotten a grip on it, you now have the ability to modify or customize the new secrets to fit your business better.

When you are choosing which new secrets to revise or edit, base it on the rate of improvement your organisation has had since using it and naturally, your own judgement or real world experience.

Customization is a very strong as well. Remember that.

The littlest changes can work miracles for your business. And often, it can backfire too. Be careful here. Remember: don?t fix something that is not damaged.
