One skill I have learned is, and if you can master it you will do well as a teacher ? leave your ego ?outside the door? when you go into a classroom. The class is not about you, unless the students ask about you. The class is about the students, and what they do and contemplate. Sometimes you can stroke the students? egos, if it helps create a good learning environment. There are many other things a teacher needs to be, nonetheless I intend toed to stress this basic rule for being a teacher.

What do you contemplate? Answer below!
